What side effects may I notice from receiving Alprazolam?

-allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
-confusion
-loss of balance or coordination
-signs and symptoms of low blood pressure like dizziness; feeling faint or lightheaded, falls; unusually weak or tired
-suicidal thoughts or other mood changes
-trouble breathing
-trouble saying things clearly
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report to your doctor or health care professional if they continue or are bothersome):

-changes in sex drive
-drowsiness
-dry mouth
-tiredness
