Azelastine Age Range
Azelastine (Astepro Allergy Nasal Spray) is approved for use in adults and children 12 years of age and older. Children’s Astepro Allergy is approved for children 6 years of age and older. The safety and efficacy of this medication in children younger than 6 years have not been established. The ophthalmic solution is for children 3 years of age and older.
