Cabergoline Tips from Pharmacists

  • You can take cabergoline with or without food. If you have nausea and stomach upset, taking the cabergoline tablet with food might help.

  • Cabergoline can cause drowsiness and dizziness. Be careful while driving and doing other potentially hazardous activities until you know how this medicine affects you.

  • Before starting cabergoline treatment, tell your healthcare provider if you have heart problems, including valvular heart disease. 

  • Tell your doctor immediately if you develop increased sexual urges or other compulsive behaviors after taking cabergoline.
