• Wash your hands and remove any makeup before applying bimatoprost ophthalmic solution.

• Only use the applicator that comes inside the packaging to apply the medicine to your upper eyelid margin.

• Discard the applicator after using it on one eyelid and use a fresh applicator for the other eyelid.

• Do not touch the bottle tip or sterile applicators with your fingers or any other surface to avoid the risk of serious eye infection.

• If you wear contact lenses, take them out before applying bimatoprost ophthalmic solution.

• Do not apply bimatoprost to the lower eyelid. However, if some medicine gets into your eye, you do not need to rinse it.

• Blot extra medicine with a tissue to prevent unwanted hair growth on the eyelid skin.
