What should I tell my health care provider before I take DUPIXENT?

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:

-asthma
-parasitic (helminth) infection
-an unusual or allergic reaction to dupilumab, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding

What should I watch for while using DUPIXENT?

Tell your doctor or healthcare professional if your symptoms do not start to get better or if they get worse.

You should not receive certain vaccines while using this medicine. Dupilumab may prevent a vaccine from working. Talk to your health care provider if you need to receive a vaccine while using this medicine.

Where should I keep my medicine?

Keep out of the reach of children.

Store this medicine in the refrigerator between 2 and 8 degrees C (36 and 46 degrees F) until you are ready to prepare your injection; do not freeze. You may also store at room temperature for up to 14 days if needed. Do not store above 25 degrees C (77 degrees F) or expose to heat. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date.
