What may interact with Pulmozyme?

Interactions are not expected. Do not mix with any other medicines in the nebulizer.

What should I tell my health care provider before I take Pulmozyme?

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-an unusual or allergic reaction to dornase alfa, animal proteins, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-breast-feeding

What should I watch for while using Pulmozyme?

Visit your doctor or healthcare professional as directed. Tell your doctor or healthcare professional if your symptoms do not start to get better or if they get worse.

Where should I keep my medicine?

Keep out of the reach of children.

Store in a refrigerator between 2 and 8 degrees C (36 and 46 degrees F). Protect from light. Store in foil pouch until ready to use. Do not store at room temperature for more than 24 hours. Do not use if solution is discolored or cloudy. Once opened, the entire ampule must be used or thrown away. Throw away any unopened medicine after the expiration date stamped on the ampule.
