How should I use QVAR?

This medicine is inhaled through the mouth. Rinse your mouth with water after use. Make sure not to swallow the water. Take it as directed on the prescription label at the same time every day. Do not use it more often than directed.
This medicine comes with INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. Ask your pharmacist for directions on how to use this medicine. Read the instructions carefully. Talk to your pharmacist or health care provider if you have questions.
Talk to your health care provider about the use of this medicine in children. While it may be used in children as young as 4 years for selected conditions, precautions do apply.

Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of QVAR contact a poison control center or emergency room at once. NOTE: QVAR is only for you. Do not share QVAR with others.

What if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, take only that dose. Do not take double or extra doses.
