-Steroid medications, such as prednisone or cortisone
What should I tell my health care provider before I take Gardasil 9
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-Fever
-Hemophilia
-HIV or AIDS
-Immune system problems
-Infection
-Low platelets
-An unusual reaction to human papillomavirus vaccine, yeast, other vaccines, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-Breastfeeding
What should I watch for while using Gardasil 9?
Visit your care team regularly.
Report any side effects to your care team right away.
This vaccine, like all vaccines, may not fully protect everyone.
Where should I keep my medicine?
This vaccine is only given by your care team. It will not be stored at home.
