Ketorolac Drug Class

Ketorolac (kee-toe-role-ak) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). 

Ketorolac Age Range

Ketorolac is approved for use in adults to control pain and inflammation after eye surgery. It is also approved for use in adults and children 2 years of age and older to relieve eye itching caused by seasonal allergies. The use of ketorolac ophthalmic in children under the age of 2 years must be determined by a doctor.
