What may interact with Xolegel?

Interactions are not expected. Do not use any other skin products without telling your care team.

What should I tell my health care provider before I take Xolegel

They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
-Large areas of burned or damaged skin
-An unusual or allergic reaction to ketoconazole, other medications, foods, dyes, or preservatives
-Pregnant or trying to get pregnant
-Breast-feeding

What should I watch for while using Xolegel?

Visit your care team for regular checks on your progress. Tell your care team if your symptoms do not start to get better or if they get worse.
After bathing, make sure your skin is very dry. Fungal infections like moist conditions. Do not walk around barefoot.
To help prevent reinfection, wear freshly washed cotton, not synthetic, clothing. Tell your care team if you develop sores or blisters that do not heal properly. If your skin infection returns after you stop using this medication, contact your care team.

Where should I keep my medicine?

Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Store at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees C (68 and 77 degrees F). Get rid of any unused medication after the expiration date.
This medication is flammable. Avoid exposure to heat, fire, flame, and smoking.
