Zestoretic Drug Class

Zestoretic (zes-toh-reh-tik) is a combination of two medications, lisinopril which is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACE inhibitor), and hydrochlorothiazide which belongs to a group of medications called diuretics.

Zestoretic is approved for use in adults. The safety and efficacy of this combination have not been established in children.
